Ray Von McCall, a 37-year-old suspect wanted by Kansas City on charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon, was arrested Wednesday in Mobile after camera evidence, witness accounts and license plate readings from Tupelo linked him to a fatal shooting and car crash—events that began on Aug. 11.

Breore Williams was sentenced to life without parole for fatally stabbing 69-year-old Robert Thomas Ragona during a 2021 robbery in south Alabama—he broke into Ragona’s home on December 13, stabbed him 11 times, robbed his belongings, and was arrested the next day.
