Baptist Health Care Foundation raised over $93,500 for its Mammogram Fund to offer free screenings and education for uninsured patients in the community.
Over 16 years, the fund provided mammograms for 3,024 patients (813 required further testing and 36 received a breast cancer diagnosis).
Bayside Admirals defeated Southside Panthers 51-20 in Daphne in a semifinal where Southside scored its fewest points since last September—Bayside improved to a 13-1 record and will face Mars Hill Bible in the state championship on December 4 at Productive Stadium in Birmingham.
