- ➤ Mobile County Emergency Medical Services is now certified as a Critical Care EMS Agency by the Alabama Department of Health—this certification lets the team send specially trained paramedics on calls for very sick or injured people. - ➤ Mayor Stimpson unveiled his final budget today that gives every city employee a 2.5% merit raise and raises the city’s funds to $416.9M—a 15.4% increase from last year.
