On Saturday, the Bay Minette community rallied around Streets Seafood Restaurant after a fire appeared to have severely damaged the family-run eatery along State Route 59; no injuries were reported and the cause remains unclear.

Blue Crab Cookie Lab is a new business run by partners Brittney Hatcher & Hugh Harmon that uses food-safe 3D printing to decorate cookies with any digital image.
They will soon offer lemon sugar cookies with lemon icing and continue fulfilling orders from local businesses and visitors.
