- ➤ A judge in Mobile ordered 30 of the 34 dogs seized from a home on Carter Avenue in Trinity Gardens returned to owner Marquis Nodd, who faces 118 animal abuse charges, and required him to ensure the dogs are vaccinated and cared for while the city monitors them for one year—four will remain with animal services—raising concerns over their future care.
