- ➤ Before dawn on Sunday, an SUV crashed in downtown Mobile at the intersection of Church and South Lawrence Streets, hitting two utility poles and a lamp post and injuring two people—one was outside receiving treatment while firefighters worked to extract the other from the overturned vehicle.
