  • Volunteer Alabama lawyers will teach 45-minute classes in local schools on May 1 and May 2 for Law Day. Teachers will choose from available attorney volunteers and set up zoom sessions for remote classes—ensuring every student learns about the legal system.  1819 News
  • Today through April 25, the Alabama Department of Transportation joins National Work Zone Awareness Week and urges Mobile drivers to slow down and stay alert near construction zones. Gov. Kay Ivey issued a proclamation—reminding drivers that although work zone crashes increased last year, fatalities dropped to a ten-year low, so authorities advise obeying posted speed limits and avoiding distractions.  Gulf Coast Media
