Two teens riding an electric scooter were fatally struck on April 13th on County Road 65 near Airport Road when a 2006 Chevy Colorado lost control as the driver tried to avoid a collision — he remained on scene and is not facing charges.

Mobile Police arrested Joshua Hughes (42) on Friday, April 11 at approximately 11:00 p.m. at Chevron on Springhill Avenue when officers discovered he was impersonating an officer (wearing a polo shirt with a badge) and took him to Metro Jail.
