🎭 Culture
Baldwin County bakeries and local vendors are selling Mardi Gras king cakes with flavors like cream cheese and praline available through Fat Tuesday.
Some vendors (such as the Daphne High School band offering) require pre-orders or scheduled pickups by Jan. 20.
The Alabama Historical Association will hold its 78th annual meeting April 9 to 11 at Coastal Alabama Community College in Fairhope.
Presentations, tours and an awards banquet will focus on local history, including a panel on African American heritage Friday and pre-meeting tours on Thursday.
