About this event
Hatha is a path toward creating balance uniting opposites. “ha” means sun and “tha” means moon. In India, this refers to the balance of masculine aspects-active, hot, sun and feminine aspects-receptive, cool, moon within all of us. Based on the Traditional Hot series, this class offers 26 plus postures, heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. It also adds yoga therapy for specific ailments and pain. (60 Min)
