About this event

Join us for an ongoing health education seminar series, Preventative Health Strategies Using Herbs and Natural Tools to Reduce & Prevent Diseases, presented by Elder Makinde Gbolahan, health advocate, educator, and researcher with the Rapha Natural Institute of Health.

This series is designed for adults and community members interested in learning practical, natural approaches to wellness, healthy living, and disease prevention. Each session will explore lifestyle habits, nutrition, herbal education, and other preventative health practices that may help support overall well-being. Programs include lectures, workshops, and educational discussions in a relaxed, classroom-style setting. Sessions are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Library Meeting Room. Each session lasts approximately one hour.
