About this event
A 60 minute faster paced power vinyasa class that will build strength, increase flexibility, and transform your body and mind. The hot power sequence that is primarily used in our hot classes is inspired by the Baptiste Hot Power Vinyasa sequence. Find your groove, shine your light and practice at your own level. All levels. Heated.
