A nondenominational blend of yoga that works for all bodies. Your instructors bring their gifts to every class so that each is inspired, unique, and authentically shared. Classes are community-centered and include physical postures, breath work, and a meditative aspect. Expect to feel engaged and challenged with plenty of modifications and support from your teacher. Always all levels.
